Sidney C. Bigham III joined the firm in 2016.  He attended Tulane University receiving undergraduate degrees in Philosophy (Law, Morality & Society Track) and English (Creative Writing Track) in 2006.  After receiving his JD from the University of Florida in 2009, he practiced commercial litigation in Tallahassee with a focus on creditors' rights and bankruptcy law. In 2014 Mr. Bigham joined the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Office of General Counsel where he worked in the Defense Section, the Enforcement Section and the Litigation Section, litigating significant environmental resource permits, wastewater permits and enforcement matters. His practice with the firm focuses on environmental law, governmental law, administrative law, appeals, and general civil litigation.  Mr. Bigham is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Bar Association and was named by Florida Trend magazine as one of Florida's legal elite in 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
